Final results
We supplied the customer with a compact device that is easy to operate and contains all the necessary safety features.
The creation of an unbreakable bond between two PVC parts is realized by ultrasound. The control system is designed to supervise the operations throughout the entire work cycle and to react immediately to any error conditions.
The visual part of the control system is a touch screen display, which informs the user about the current status of the device and also about the status of the working process.
We have been cooperating with Jasplastik for a long period of time. During this period, several very interesting projects were implemented, which were of great benefit to both parties, whether in increasing the efficiency and quality of the production process, or in gaining valuable experience in the field of automation and ultrasonic welding of PVC parts.
