Adient’s needs
Adient approached us with the need to develop and design a single-purpose device to automatically assemble the ISOFIX cover for rear seats.
ISOFIX is a standardised method of attaching a child car seat in a car, and consists of four parts.
Our solution
We created a 3D design for a device for the automatic assembly of the ISOFIX cover.
We produced the necessary parts and purchased pneumatic and electrical components according to the design.
We then assembled the entire device and programmed the control system. We debugged the work process as needed and handed over the finished, fully functional device to our client – Adient Slovakia.
